Yes I do believe it, many children are not getting their daily exercise and PE class can really help with it I think. Of course it means proper equipment and enough pace too, but I am all for daily PE classes.

Happily I did not have a PE subject in collage. But in middle school and high school I alway had the worst panic attacks before PE, our teacher was very strict and always keep making fun of students.
