All Ages The name of God.

Blessed be the name of the Lord!
John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. <3

With all due respect, I think these kind of discussions are rather polemic, so we should be careful when starting them. As you know, there are many religions across the world and the concept of God often differs between them, and in the worst of cases, conflict with each other. But everyone here should already know that and I'm sure we're an understanding community :)
 
Everything is created in the name of God. Don't ever destroy anything because it just like your destroying His name. Respect every creations around you. He created everything perfectly with so much love. So as a creation of God under His name, we must share that love to one another just like how the creator loves us. Everything you do, everything you plan, everthing you think, do it in the name of God.
 
God made a radical promise to childless, 99-year-old Abram that he would be a "father of many nations". This new name embeds God's mighty promise to Abraham into his very identity. Other names aren't quite as deep, but still relevant. So, names have great symbolic import in Scripture.
