What does your Government do in this time of pandemic?

Most countries have their own way of containing and stopping the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Some have implemented partial to total lockdown of a certain cities or provinces. Some have closed their borders, not allowing their citizens to travel to and from a certain area. Local and international flights have also been cancelled.
Community quarantine have been imposed to all areas and identification of patients and contact tracing have been strictly implemented.
But despite of the various efforts that our government is doing, still, we will not be able to win this war if the people will not do their share in helping the government in this fight. Thus, we can help them win this war if we follow all government directives and continue helping each other.

Here in my country, there is a lot of failed decisions that our government has done. One of those is when they failed to immediately drop a travel ban against to countries who have a numerous numbers of positive covid patients, because they believe that it can cause problem to diplomatic ties between the two countries. And also they failed to produce personal protective equipment to our front liners which is the medical personnel which results to dying of doctors, rest in peace to these heroes. Stay safe.

Our government has implemented a community quarantine on regions with the highest number of COVID cases. Non-essential movements are prohibited and each household is only given one quarantine pass, meaning only one member of the household can go out to purchase essential goods. Schools, malls, and churches are closed. Travel across the community borders is also limited to essential workers.

Other parts of the country are placed on a more relaxed version of the quarantine, where people are given more freedom to move around. Malls have reopened, but strict social distancing is implemented and mass gatherings are not allowed.
