Valley of Valbona, Albania

As always, this picture is amazing, but I can only imagine that it could not do justice to the subject matter. I think that in some point in my life I am going to have to visit Albania. From what I see here, the country is beautiful. Thanks again for sharing your work. I am loving every minute of it.

Thank you both a lot, and I am glad that in some way I am advertising my country and that maybe, some people are going to visit my country because of my work :)

Do you offer your photography services to the public professionally or is this something that you do as a hobby? I know you have a blog, but I didn't know if you had pitched your services to say, the local tourist services department...I don't think they could find a better photographer for newsletters, brochures, travel ads, etc. Your passion for your country shines through in your photographs.

I think that you would be an incredible asset to any type of print marketing firm or tourist bureau as you deep love for your country shines through in every photograph you take. I know it kind of sucks putting a price on something that you are so passionate about, but if you could make a good living doing what you love, then you'll never work a day in your life.

I am trying to do such a thing, but here in Albania things work out a bit differently. The more people you know here, the more possible you are to get the job. Any kind of job.

I think that this theory holds true for just about anywhere...it's not what you know, its who you know. But, on the flipside of that, you should try to get your work in front of those folks who can help make that happen for you. I know its tough, but as the leader of the big company I work for has said on many occasions, there are always opportunities out there for you to sell yourself. Doesn's sound glamorous but it doesn't have to be in your face...just never pass up an opportunity to show your work...

Really nice picture you live in a beautiful place by the way. Was this taken with HDR or is it from the post processing?
