In ancient times instruments were used that today could be useful to teach some subjects or contents of them, to other people.

At least, the abacus, could be an entertaining instrument that awakens the curiosity of children to learn some basic arithmetic and the number system.

Would you use it to teach your children or other children?
 
I saw my grade school classmate using a abacus and it looks very interesting. That time I want to learn how to use it but I didn't get the chance to learn it.
 
Imagine is one of the reasons why the calculator is invented and we are so luck because now a days having a calculator is very easy and every phones have it even if the phone is not a smart phone. They say that abacus makes math easier but when I tried abacus I encountered a hard time, I don't know why but it is much easier for me using a scratch paper and a pen solving math than using abacus.
